We hired Greg to act as our agent for a new construction in East Lyme. He normally builds custom homes and was thus very knowledgeable and helpful in our interactions with the builder. He listened to our needs and provided excellent advice on both the house building and purchasing process. His suggestions made a real difference in terms of the house (adding a door to access extra space under the roof, giving us 200sqf of upstairs storage space, location of electrical panel, generator switch, required items required for a future finished basement, opening direction for extra doors) and our finances. We can't say enough about Greg . He is fantastic. We started looking for houses about 3 years ago . We started looking for multi family houses , thinking about it as an extra income for retirement and we wanted it within affordable price. Greg showed us many many houses.
