Greg has good local knowledge and is good at describing pros and cons of a property. Greg did several videos for me and does the best job with video walk thru's of any agent I have met. Very helpful if you are not local to the area. He also has good technology that helps with earnest deposits and such.

Greg is the best of the best of the best realtors I have been experienced with my first-home purchase...! He is always an energetic, passionate, gentle, considerate and patient person as a human.
