Qierre was our realtor for finding our new home & selling our current home. Our current home was my grandmothers and was part of a reverse mortgage, Qierre understood our need to sell quickly but at a fair/good price. He knew the area and new what to list our home at, we got multiple full price offers our very first open house & drove it into a bidding war however that’s when the COVID shutdown happened & our buyers walked & we couldn’t have open houses! He worked hard to get people in (people who were truely interested & could afford the property. We were still living in the home so he had anyone who wanted to see the property put an offer in prior to seeing it, it kept a lot of strangers/looky-loos from coming. Last summer, we decided to sell one of our rental properties and Qierre was recommended to me by his manager as a top listing agent. We listed the property with him in MLS in November 2018, right before the holiday season started and the market was starting to cool off. We closed escrow in the second week of February 2019. Qierre earned a five star from us base on the following: • Accurate real estate market Information: the latest comps helped us decide the right listing price to start with and the final sales price to accept. • Excellent negotiation skill – The offer I received was very low. Qierre spent three days negotiating with the buyer’s agent and changed the beginning offer into one acceptable by both parties. When the buyer’s property inspection report came out, he went over it with his own inspector first and decided what needed to be fixed. His solution was accepted by the buyer and offered relief to us. • Dedicated support – Selling your property is a very stressful process. Qierre has always been there to support us wherever he could and making the selling process a very smooth one. Positive attitude leads to a pleasant working together– When we have disagreement over issues, Qierre always listens humbly and explains his view, making the selling process much less stressful.
