My house was a bit messy to start with after a bad tenant moved out. Jenny helped form a recovery plan. After few months hard-working by her team, remodel was done on time. She immediately arranged staging and suggested starting price after market research/ her extensive Austin real estate experiences. And she put every ounce of energy and beyond for us to sell the house on top of her very busy schedule. During the sale process, she also suggested price adjustments based on market condition and was able to finally pinch it. She is a truly friend and trustworthy. We all deeply appreciated her dedication, efforts and, most of importantly, sell the house with a reasonable pricing.
