We were randomly paired with Priya via a real estate listing app while we were searching for a new home online from Seattle. We met twice in person while visiting Lexington in the fall of ‘21 and Winter/Spring ‘22 and we saw several homes, condos & townhouses. Priya was very proactive on reviewing listings, scheduling viewings and even FaceTime toured a property that we were really interested in and knew the house would sell quickly in Lexington’s tight real estate market. Buying a home at any time can be scary, but especially buying your first home is terrifying. Priya made the entire process so easy. She pointed out things along the way that I think only someone with Priya's expertise and experience would know. To someone who is not familiar with the homebuying process, Pryia will spend however long she has to ensure you know exactly what is going on. Priya keeps a very open mind throughout the process and rather than trying to sway a buyer towards this or that; she caters to the buyer and works to build off their vision. She can give you really great ideas on improvements for future upgrades and long term plans. She knows what kind of repair costs you will experience. She has connections to so many people in the field, you don’t have to hunt for people to perform inspections, surveys, repairs and etc. She is not pushy like some car sales people to try to get a quick sale pushed through. Priya is an amazing realtor! With the crazy market that exists now, it took us almost a year to find our perfect home and having Priya as our realtor has helped us tremendously.
