Priya Nalli-Cole

Priya was my realtor and helped me to sale my father’s home in Triangle, VA. My father passed away unexpectedly so this was truly a difficult but necessary process. I reside in NC, however Priya made everything easy for me so that I wouldn’t have to make several trips back and forth from NC to VA. Her team also held my hand throughout the process, made sure that I stayed on top of my tasks, and provided resources for me to use. Furthermore, Priya has strong negotiation skills and her primary goal was to make sure that I was comfortable with the decisions that needed to be made and explained everything in a way that I could understand it. Priya fought for me from beginning to end and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. She’s very professional and yet she has a genuine and caring personality. She researched area schools, retail and restaurants that were of interest to us, ahead of time which only aided in our search for the perfect house.
