Sold my home

I procured Priscilla Smith as my selling agent on my home located in Santa Maria California in May of 2022. My house was an easy sell in this current market, however, I had difficult tenants (family) which did make the close of escrow and property transfer way more difficult than it needed to be. Priscilla handled every challenge with the utmost patience, understanding, and commitment. Not only is she an amazing human being, but she's tough and tenacious when it comes to the often challenging housing market. She also connected me with a buying agent from her agency in Cheyenne, Wyoming who was equally as diligent and professional in helping me to find a new home. Kudos to Priscilla for her awesomeness!
