My experience was OK, I had to do a quiet title, which cost me more money, and delayed closing about 70 days. I had abstract and everything, but still had to do it the more expensive way. Mrs. PECK WAS REAL NICE, AND EASY TO WORK WITH.

This deal was a little unique, as in it was a rental property with an occupant. Priscilla worked to find a new owner that would accommodate the renter.
