I first met Priscilla when I began the home-buying process almost a year ago (but put on pause by the pandemic). I stumbled on her by accident when she was showing a prospective client a home on an early morning run through Oakland-Lake Merritt. She had a pleasant demeanor -- very candid and warm to engage with. After the exchange, she handed me her business card, and the rest was history. When I was ready to re-enter the home-buying process I reached back out to Priscilla. She was still the same person -- very warm, inviting and easy to engage with, but more importantly, very knowledgeable about the housing market and home-buying process!
