Preston Van Hook

Preston helped us buy our first house. He was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and really listened to what we were saying. He found us the perfect house and we are sooo happy here. He helped us through the whole process and made it easy. We would recommend him to anyone. If we ever move we will definitely be using Preston as our agent.

After a short stint with a fairly lackluster agent we were swept off our feet the day that Preston walked into our lives. He and my husband have been friends for a long time and one night as they were catching up he told Preston that we were casually looking at houses. Preston got excited at the prospect of us buying a house and offered to talk to me, the bossy wife, about the market and what it was we wanted. Bam, he had house after house lined up, nailed it on what we wanted, and met with us to look at anything at the drop of a hat. He had the audacity to show us a house that we thought was out of our price range! He negotiated it into the palm of our hands. We love our new house and can't thank Preston enough for the positive, intelligent, professional job he did in getting us seamlessly through an otherwise complicated process.
