I've know Preston for almost a decade, but this is the first time I've worked with him in a professional setting and I can say that he not only met my expectation, he exceeded them. In the pre-listing process he was through and answered all of our questions. He did his homework to see what he thought he could get for our home. And was honest about the market and what buyers would like and not like about our house. Once we listed, he knew what to do and took care of everything. He had it photographed inside and out including a video. He built feature cards and had our house looking great. The showing experience was as painless as he could make it and we had an offer very quickly. Once the offer was in, the transaction went flawlessly.
