We worked with Prerna to sell our home and buy a new one, and she made the whole process so much easier. Selling in this market was super stressful, but she walked us through it step by step by helping us figure out which projects were worth doing before listing, connecting us with people to get the work done, and then negotiating on our behalf when it came time to sell. She’s a great communicator and always quick to answer our all our questions, which we really appreciated. On the buying side, she was especially helpful with our new build. During the final walkthrough, she caught things we never would have noticed and made sure the builder fixed them before move-in. Not only is she super knowledgeable, but she’s also easy to talk to and genuinely cares about her clients.
