We stumbled upon Preetima years ago when looking for a Florida condo. We were not local and Preetima graciously took an extensive video of a condo we were interested in and sent it to us. The condo had many issues and thanks to her we were spared the headaches of purchasing it. Fast forward many years later when we found another condo we were interested in and reached out to Preetima. Within days we were in contract to purchase it and Preetima helped us along the way as we were not local. Preetima was available at any time to answer our many questions and if she didn't have the answer, she got it. Preetima had our best interest in mind which gave us peace of mind being so far away. We definitely recommend Preetima!!

I had an excellent experience selling my condo with Preetima. This was my second time working with her and both times were smooth and efficient. She is knowledgeable about everything from the contractual details to the schools, neighborhood, HOA, etc. She is also super friendly and easy to communicate with. I will definitely use Preetima again for my next home.
