First time home-buyer here, during one of the most competitive housing markets that Lexington has ever seen! I'm here to tell you that my home buying experience FAST, easy, and cheaper than expected. Because of issues with my last residence, I needed to find a home quickly. I spent less than a week searching. I put in an offer and it got accepted the next day, beating out 4 other buyers. Preeti worked with me to create a winning strategy. After our appraisal came back low, she worked with the seller to successfully lower the price! We were even able to move up the closing date to accommodate my busy schedule. The process took 31 days from start to finish and I'm now happily living in my new home.
