There are 3 things that I really appreciate Prakash for: 1) Always available to answer questions: Prakash is super dedicated to serving his clientele and makes himself available even late nights / early mornings which I found extremely helpful 2) Understanding the market: Prakash understands the Redmond and the East side market really well. He researched the market, worked with us to understand what our price point was then used the data to price it competitively and ultimately fetch us more than what we expected 3) Spreading the word and negotiating contracts and closing the deal - Apart from helping with staging and doing a really good job with the pics, Prakash networked and spread the word to enable us to get into contract within 12 hours of listing. Prakash guided us throughout the process and I really appreciated his support throughout.
