Porshae is very experienced and knows her stuff, which makes a huge difference since buying a home can feel so overwhelming. She has a very calming, reassuring personality and can answer any questions you have. One of the best things about working with her is that she makes herself available whenever you need her. On my closing day, I ran into a bit of a situation, and Porshae stepped right in to try to help me fix it. Even though the issue with the lender couldn’t be fully resolved, her customer service and follow-through were excellent. She is a Houston native, born and raised, so she really knows the areas. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy their first home or anyone who needs an expert on the Houston market.
