My friends who have bought homes have commented about how they never got the kind of detailed info and advice that I got from PJ. - She never pushed properties for which she was the selling agent - She is very knowledgeable about the local market and neighborhoods, and being new to the area that was really helpful for me while trying to figure out where I'd enjoy living - I thought I knew what I was looking for when we started, but after looking for a while she figured out what I really cared about and started showing me homes that I was more excited about than the ones I picked out.
PJ was very good at making sure all the details got followed up on and was very responsive to my needs. I needed to get the house sold quickly and after I was out of town PJ was my “Boots on the ground” Doing the things at the house for me. PJ knows the market and the regulations.
