Pixley Lewis

I have worked with other realtors before. Pixley is one of the bests so far. I sold a property for $5,000 more than the list price in an environment of rising interest rates of more than 1% from when we started the listing. There were concerns about what we would get because of rising rates. I am happy with what is working out with this one in a very unpredictable environment for real estate. Pixley has given me counsel with the issues for both preparing to list and during escrow that came up and glad we are able to work things out. I appreciate his expertise, knowledge with real estate, and most of all, his professionalism. My experience selling my house with Pixley was simple and easy.

Our family has bought and sold about 9 houses that we have lived in over the years through Pixley. He helped my in-laws buy their first home in the 80’s. So when it came time to move from our home that he helped us buy, we called him again. We did quite a few things to get it ready for sale but it was worth it.
