Piper made our first home-buying experience a breeze! We could not have asked for a more friendly, helpful realtor. She was very prompt in her responses and very proactive in finding homes that fit the description of what we were looking for. We were located out of state and she made sure to FaceTime us during home tours and shared facts about the neighborhoods. She was extremely knowledgeable and honest throughout the entire process. We are in love with the home she found for us (for an amazing price) and she has even stayed available for questions after-the-fact. I would use her again and recommend her to anyone.

We had so much fun working with Piper looking for our new home here in Washington. We moved here from out of state and she was VERY helpful in assisting us in getting familiar with the area, and very intuitive about find the house that was a "right fit" for us. She was very responsive to our phone calls, and paid attention to what was important to both (my husband and me) of us! Which was primarily type and style of house as well as budget. She did a great job on negotiating the sale price and matters after the inspection. We would use Piper again (if we ever move again) and have no hesitation in recommending her highly!!
