We were moving back to CO from out of state, so we anticipated that it could take us weeks if not months to find a house virtually in this crazy Colorado market. Several days into officially “house hunting”, Richie graciously did 5 FaceTime showings with us in one day. Virtual showings can be really tough, but Richie is such a great communicator and took the time to walk through the house slowly, sharing his observations and insight, and giving us background and his opinion on the neighborhood as well. His approach really helped put us at ease about not seeing all the houses in person. We really loved one of the houses Richie showed us that day, but we felt apprehensive about submitting an offer because it was listed at the top end of our budget. Richie encouraged us to go ahead and try and with his knowledge and expertise, Richie wrote up an offer that he felt was very competitive. In the end, there were multiple offers on the house, but the sellers chose us (despite the fact that our offer was not even the highest!!) because of the strong offer Richie had put together. There were a few issues that came up with the house throughout the inspection process, but Richie negotiated all of those smoothly and everything was settled in a manner that left both us and the sellers feeling respected and confident. So all in all, Richie found us our perfect house right in the area we were hoping for in less than a week. If you’re looking for a less stressful home-buying process, I highly recommend Richie and the whole Knoll Team.

Piper Knoll helped me so much when my mother passed away at the beginning of the year and walked me through- step by step- the estate sale. My wife and I used The Knoll Team to buy our first house and it was an amazing experience. Piper is everything you would want in a realtor. Very detail-oriented her team never lets the small things fall through the cracks. She will shoot you straight and always go to bat for you. We've since referred my brother and his wife to their services for their first house and they would echo my words. We were so happy with the first experience that we are using Piper and her time to buy our next house in 2021 as well as sell our current house.

5/5 Stars! This is our third time working with Piper and every time has been smooth sailing. Piper is a pleasure to work with and truly made the house buying and selling process seamless end to end. In a time of uncertainty, she was able to get the job done! She made sure to understand what we wanted in a home, and kept us on track and focused. When touring homes, she took detailed notes about things we liked, disliked, and would always remind us of our top priorities and reasons for wanting to move. Piper worked around our schedules and was extremely flexible and timely with getting showings scheduled. She was in constant communication throughout the entire process. After we found our dream home, she helped us negotiate, sell our home, and outlined the paperwork and closing details step by step. She is a true professional and knows the real estate market better than anyone!

Piper was exactly what we needed when selling our home! She was so patient with us as we hadnt gone thru this process in over 16 years and a lot has changed. We wanted to find a home to buy before putting ours on the market which took several months. Then once we were under contract to buy we had an extremely tight deadline to get our house under contract and with her extremely organized fashion we were on the market and under contract in days -with mulitple offers! This was very stressful to us but Piper was there every step of the way and made us feel like her only client. Piper was the second real estate agent I enlisted to help find a home in Denver. The first agent made me do all the work searching through MLS records, she showed me houses that clearly were not for me, and she knew nothing about the area. Piper, on the other hand, was extremely engaged from start to end of the process. Before we started the search, she urged me to read the contracts so I would be ready to go under contract at a moment's notice. She sent me home listings, read my comments and sustained discussions with me about them in order to figure out what I was looking for. More than that, she took the time on one day to look at 8 listings with me. This woman is dedicated and driven. She walked me through the negotiations, offering expert advice on where to push and where to hold. She managed to get the sellers to replace my roof at no cost to me. After closing, she still keeps in touch to offer advice and names of contractors for improvements. Altogether a wonderful experience, and I plan on recommending Piper and the Knoll Team to anyone in the home search.

Piper and Colin were beyond incredible in helping me buy my first property. Not only was their knowledge of the local Denver scene second to none, but they gave me as much time as I required to make the decision and were always open to a conversation (including late at night!).
