We have worked with Pina on the purchase of this property in 2011 and went directly back to her for this sale. In both the property purchase and sale she was consistently available to discuss and update us on showings and open houses and collaborate with us regarding the needs of the property and our periodic use of the condo during the time it was up for sale. Personally she is a knowledgeable realtor and works toward a positive outcome for all parties. She goes above and beyond what one expects from a realtor.
