Pilar Oliva

This was our first house and Pilar was an invaluable asset. We wound up buying in an area that she wasn't super familiar with but that did not stop her from going above and beyond to help us out. She was always available to answer all of our questions (And we had a million of them) When it came time for the purchase process itself, she was an absolute superhero. House buying is stressful, but Pilar and her team were right there with us with reassurances and a level of expertise that was truly mind blowing. She is an incredibly shrewd negotiator and was able to get us a fantastic price in a very competitive market and once the papers were signed she was still there to help us with the leaseback process and making sure that everything was ready for us to move into our new home.
