My wife and I started working with Pierre because my parents used him for the purchase of their house in Delaware. From the beginning planning stages in October 2024 to us officially moving into our home this month, Pierre was always available, insightful, and supportive. His knowledge of the state and surrounding towns is truly what made us decide to move here from NJ. he helped answer questions and also ask questions to builders during all of our visits which really made us feel like he cared. I’d recommend him 100 times out of 100!
