To define Pierre in one word isn't easy, but we choose EXCEPTIONAL. He was recommended to us, as the real estate professional with whom we would want to engage, to sell our South Florida home. Pierre didn't disappoint. During the time our property was listed, Pierre ensured it was always in perfect showing condition. Whether it meant tidying up after a showing, or pulling weeds on the way in the door, nothing was left unattended. Being an older home, the occasional "issue" would arise. After discussing it with us, Pierre would utilize his resourcefulness to correct it, so we could avoid the lengthy drive! We cannot say enough about his knowledge, his competence, and his work ethic.
