She helped me narrow down what I was looking for and could afford, and when I found a property, she negotiated the price and other details very skillfully. In addition she helped with other aspects like what to look for when selecting a home warranty, and went the extra mile to make sure I had all the information I needed. When I had a questions that wasn't even related to the buying process she researched and helped me find the information I needed.
