I was connected with Phyllis when our two neighbors sold their townhomes within a few days of listing. At the time, I was working with another real estate agent and felt like I was managing everything. I had to find the contractors and relay the changes the real estate agent recommended to prepare our townhome for sale. I was playing the middle man while I lived in a different state, having a tenant move out and leave the place a mess, dealt with my grandfather having a stroke and passing away, planning his funeral, starting a new job, traveling for my new job, trained an Au Pair on our home routines. My wife's work was going from hectic to insane. I asked Phyllis if she could manage the process and help me. She did! She went above and beyond. She obtained multiple bids for everything and kept me in the loop as much or as little as I wanted. She communicated effectively via phone, text, and email.
