Amazing professional with consistent results
If you have ever wondered why you need an agent, then you have never used Phyllis Palmer. I have used 3 times now and have had an exceptional experience each time. We tried an agent out of town, and it was horrible! They gave no advice, everything was manual, and did little to nothing to ensure we were getting the best deal. We were left asking, "Why do we need this person?" This will not happen with Phyllis. Her years of experience and a deep understanding of the market were invaluable. She provided exceptional service, was always punctual, and was incredibly responsive to our queries. She assisted with organizing repairs and scheduling workers. She turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable experience.
