We bought and later sold a house using Phyllis as our agent in both transactions. Her knowledge of the Baton Rouge market helped us make a wise purchase. When it was time to sell (for a decent gain!) she provided keen insight into all aspects of the sales process. These included coordinating with contractors for maintenance. cleaning and taking marketing photos.
