Best Real Estate Experience Ever.
We bought and later sold a house using Phyllis as our agent in both transactions. Her knowledge of the Baton Rouge market helped us make a wise purchase. When it was time to sell (for a decent gain!) she provided keen insight into all aspects of the sales process. These included coordinating with contractors for maintenance. cleaning and taking marketing photos. Her assistance was particularly important as I live in Shreveport’s d could not have managed without her help. I should also mention that communication between us was flawless-she returned every call or text timely. I cannot overstate how much her professionalism helped me through the process of both buying and selling.
