First of all, Phyllis is a consummate professional. She knows her business and she knows SoCal real estate however she has additional expertise in the worlds of property management and the in and outs of investment property. And she is a brilliant negotiator! I was in a state of panic trying to arrange a 1031 exchange of an investment property. The federal government supplied me with exactly 45 days to find a new property of equal or more value or be doomed to an horrendous tax. When I met Phyllis at one of her listings, I immediately had a great feeling about her. From late November to the beginning of December Phyllis sent me listings every day. In each listing she outlined the pros and cons of the property. Most of these listings she visited with me or if I was too busy, she visited herself. She also, without fail, investigated EVERY listing I came upon independently. Phyllis showed great respect for my budget, my opinions and my needs. I always felt she was genuinely on my side in every respect. She was also a lot of fun to hang out with which made house hunting in a crazy hot market an adventure! When we were faced with a hoard of competing offers on the house that would become mine, Phyllis pulled out some amazing negotiating skills.
