Phoenix was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, attentive and responsive. He was available at a moments notice, very patient, kind and willing. We didn't even want a realtor when we called him. We were moving from Florida and wanted to research on our own. He earned our business and we are so grateful to have met him! We are experienced home buyers - this was our 8th closing and this was our easiest once we found the home we wanted! THANKS PHOENIX RAIN!
