My husband and I just purchased our first home here in Gainesville, FL. We were truly blessed to be connected with Phoenicha as our realtor. We connected with her at our very first meeting. She was not only professional, but very personable, relatable, knowledgeable and very thorough. She is just a genuinely good spirit. She was always responsive when we had any questions and always stayed on top of anything needed to move us closer to obtaining our dream home. We had started the journey in pursuit of a different home, but due to the agent that we were dealing with and HIS lack of professionalism, we did not move forward with that home. To be honest, that was truly a blessing, but we did not give up and at the end of the day, that was not our home. However, Ms. Phoenicha kept it moving and stayed positive and we were directed to the home that we purchased, which by far, exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and wanted (we know that God was in this process too). The process leading up to signing the paperwork was so smooth, it felt unreal.
