PHOEBE helped the reviewer sell this property

Patient, persistent and encouraging

We listed our house about the time the housing market slowed down to an almost standstill. Phoebe was patient with our anxiety and concerns. She persisted in helping us make adjustments to the MLS listing and she constantly encouraged us that a buyer would come. The buyers did come and she helped navigate the transaction professionally. Phoebe made herself available to meet with us in person when we asked and proved to be a calming presence throughout the stressful process of selling a home.
