Best Agent EVER!!!

We have bought/sold several houses in the past, but have NEVER had such a great experience with an agent! Phoebe was not only very knowledgeable about the real estate market, but was also a great communicator. She kept us appraised of every step in the process. In addition, she was supportive, optimistic, and full of useful suggestions! But what really set Phoebe apart from all of the others for us, was how hard working and diligent she was in making sure our house showed at its best and got the best price possible. She supervised workers that had to do some repairs when we weren't there, and even did some of the repairs herself!!! She was willing to do whatever was needed to assure a successful sale of our home. We literally could not have sold our home without Phoebe and her personal commitment. We recommend her most highly to anyone buying or selling a home.
