Exceptional service
I came to Phil with less than 30 days deadline to close on the house, and she did not only deliver on her promise to get it done, but she stayed on top of everyone on the team to make sure that everything was operating smoothly. Phil was very knowledgeable, patient and efficient with us throughout our process. she made sure that we understood everything and that all of our questions were answered truthfully. she was always available for questions even on weekends It was a no-brainer to Work with Phil and I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking to own. Phil truly exceeded my expectations.
