Above and Beyond Expectations

Phillis was responsive to all inquiries, day or night, weekday or weekend. Above that, she was very knowledgeable and adept at navigating the hurdles in the process. Closing was going to be delayed because the HOA had not been responsive regarding pending litigation, and Phillis took it upon herself to go hunt down all of the court records and documents to satisfy the underwriters to keep our closing on track. Phillis didn’t try to sell us anything beyond our means, or influence our decisions. She facilitated what we wanted and went to bat for what we did want. We were so pleased that we are going to be working with her in the future on a rental property.
