Communication a Plus

I really appreciate Phillis helping me sell my home during my divorce. She gave me all the options I could use from the beginning and she started with the best option first. After that didn’t work out, she gave me the next option and within 2-3 weeks we had a buyer. She communicate thoroughly and ensured me everything would be alright. This really comforted me and I felt so relieved. She was very professional and very on point with the selling of our house. After we had a buyer, within a week we were already signing the closing on our house. We got our money and we were happy. I would go with Phillis again if ai was to purchase another home because she communicated so well. Thanks Miss Nealy for everything I will miss you!
