Fantastic first time home purchase

As a first-time homebuyer at 22, I had a lot of questions going into the process, and Phil was incredibly helpful every step of the way. He was always willing to answer questions—both during and outside normal office hours—and made sure I understood every part of the process and gave advice where necessary. Our price negotiations lasted much longer than a typical negotiation but he stayed patient, professional, and persistent the entire time. His guidance and communication made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable. Thanks to his help, I was able to purchase my first home and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I have a lot to be thankful for. He has kept in contact with me after closing as well, giving me information about things to do in the area too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated realtor.
