Phil was quite knowledgeable, we had originally contacted him to help us find a rental location for our new business, he did excellent at listening to our needs and showed us many properties for choices and happy to do so. He was also helpful and formilure with surroundings areas. At some point we realized we could own our location for the same price as renting a location, Phil, again came through for us, showing us many great contenders to suit our needs. Once we decided on a property his knowledge and experience added a comfort and piece of mind with a no stress feeling about the buying process. Our house sold very quickly in another state and we were in a position to find a new home fast. Our initial contact with Phil was later in the evening on a property he had listed. We called and he dropped everything to come show us the property. A short time later, he spent 2 entire days showing us other properties in surrounding areas, as well as the first property for a second time.
