My husband and I were planning to move to my hometown in Wichita, KS from California, so we were given Philip's information. We had made plans to visit Wichita for 5 days in November 2018 in order to move into a house by January. We were in contact with Philip about a month before our visit to look at houses. He was very attentive and prompt when answering e-mails. When we first met Philip, I knew that we would get along from the start since his demeanor was very warm and personable. Also, he was extremely knowledgable and was able to understand quite quickly what we were looking for in a home. He even offered tips and suggestions based on what each home offered. It was quite a stressful time for us given the short amount of time we had to look at homes. Philip went above and beyond by taking time away from his family on a Sunday to help us look for homes since one owner didn't accept our offer on a house. We ended up finding the home of our dreams on that last day of our search, and we got an amazing deal! We are very grateful for the time Philip took to make sure we were getting our questions answered and our needs met.
