Phil is the best! Excellent service from the start to finish. He and his partner, Imelda, went all out and beyond to make sure my property stands out from the other houses being sold in my area. As a result, he sold it 50K over our asking price! I am so pleased and I know for sure, that would not have happened with anyone else.
