I had a vacant property, (approximately 1 acre) in St. Johns County – Flagler Estates subdivision. This property was listed for one year with another broker with no sale. After that, I attempted to sell without any broker, but had no luck. Through a stroke of good luck, I made contact with Philip Poe with One Realty Corp. in Jacksonville, Florida.
