We had the great fortune of working with Phil Morris to close on the home of our dreams after 18 years in our “first” home. We had worked with 3 realtors prior that just did not have our best interests in mind, nor a clear understanding of the market or our needs. We were aligned with Phil by chance, but believe me when I say it was not by accident, as he was the right guy for us!! From the first time we met with Phil to the close of our home a short 45 days later, Phil remained the consummate professional and our greatest advocate. Our negotiation process and closing occurred across the Holiday season, and even during his personal time with friends and family, he remained communicative. He carefully and thoughtfully advised us through the entire process, and still remains in touch well after our close, just to check in on us. Phil always kept professional and positive. I always felt he was telling the truth and was in our best interest. We had a hurricane come through during the closing date and we delayed the close until afterward. Phil showed up at the closing and also helped us find a remodel expert.

Phil listened to my requirements in looking for a home to purchase. He was able to provide me listings that met my criteria. Phil is very honest. He did not waste my time in showing me homes that did not meet my criteria nor did he try to up sell me on what i intended to spend on a home purchase. Phil is extremely polite and a pleasure with whom to work. He was always available for any questions that I wanted to discuss. He provided me research information that i asked him for in relation to the home area i was looking. He also was a wealth of knowledge when asking about particular questions relating to river/canal and bays in the area. I never felt that i was being lied to nor taken advantage of during my interactions with Phil. I can't say that for a lot of realtors i have worked with in the past.

We had the pleasure of working with Phil to purchase our new home in Cape Coral, FL. Phil's expertise and advice was invaluable. He was very patient and helpful, and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. Phil is a true professional who cares very much about the clients he serves and delivers on everything he commits to. We were very impressed with his professionalism, personal attention and negotiating skills. He has a warm personality that makes you feel like you have known him a long time.
