Very thoughtful and thorough

My husband and I were first time home buyers while working with Philip, this process felt pretty intimidating at first, but he made everything feel comfortable and manageable from start to finish. Since we were moving from out of state, he went above and beyond by visiting the property multiple times while it was being built and sending us update photos, which gave us so much peace of mind.
