Phillip was wonderful. When our original agent decided to drop the ball, we contacted Phillip and were treated as family. We would not have been able to purchase our dream home without his due diligence and consistant follow through. When we had to stop and re-direct our search after a death in the family he was right there and took it with stride. When he went out of town he made sure we were in good hands with a fellow agent. (Which is what made us switch was our prior agent left or two weeks and no one in his office would help us and as we all know 2021 was a crazy time to buy a house, waiting was not an option!).
