Best Realtor Ever!

We have used Phil as our realtor more than once, which says a lot. He is a great negotiator and got us a great deal on both sides. Buying and selling a house can be really stressful but Phil kept us laughing and enjoying the experience. To top it all off he sent us to a lender who got us a lower interest rate than I got for us. The title company he recommended was top notch. We won’t use any other realtor!
