When selling a complex piece of property there is only one guy! (Phillip)

At every turn came a new issue and Phillip was able to navigate the process needed to get solutions so that we could get to the closing table. I had several other agents list this property and it seemed they let clients and deal slip through the crack on such a complex transaction. Phillip solves problems and is not scared to think outside of the box. Wish I would have listed with him 3 years ago!
