Absolutely AMAZING

From the start Phillip presented himself in the most professional and also compassionate manner. He understood our needs and provided extremely helpful feedback to prepare the house for market. His presentation of the home was exceptional and attracted many potential buyers. Ultimately the new owners of the home were a perfect match. Relations between all of us remained positive throughout the entire process much to Phillip's ability to successfully negotiate our needs without becoming abrasive or demanding. I remain in contact with the new owners months afterward and the comfort myself and my children feel knowing our house is just as loved now is something money can never provide. Phillip also came to the rescue for a close friend, with an extremely tight turn around on the need for the sale of his home...especially in the current sluggish market. Phillip did not disappoint with his success there as well. Thank you Phillip for the opportunity to work with you and help us through what is typically an emotionally taxing and concerning process.
