Spectacular agent to work with!!

We were buying a home in Castle Rock and needed to get it done extremely fast. We wanted the best real estate advisor to partner, someone who has the local knowledge and experience and could make the process smooth. Phil immediately showed us 10 properties on the first day and another 4 the next. He dropped everything (or so it felt) and we very quickly found the right house. His competitive market strategy allowed us to understand the value so we made an offer. He was then able to follow through with strong negotiation on our behalf, and secure the deal. He got us to close in 15 days. If that wasn’t enough, he then introduced us to a great handyman to do some work on the place. So highly recommend and we will definitely use him again.
