Phillip was absolutely Amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, possesses exceptional negotiation skills and is the consummate professional. He is attentive, detail oriented and very receptive to non-verbal communication. Phillip listens and actually "hears" you! As my must-have list continued to evolve, he never missed a beat. He simply adjusted the parameters and flowed effortlessly to the next showing. House hunting can be very, very stressful, especially in a short time frame. However, throughout this entire process he was consistently patient, kind, and understanding, which was invaluable to me. I highly recommend him!
